Young to old, we believe at clays that anyone can learn to be a leader, afterall we do leadership everyday of our lives. Be it parenthood, employment or leading someone to Jesus.

In January 2025 we launched our first GroundBreakers Course aimed at encouraging aspiring, new and seasoned leaders to hone their leadership skills.
​
​At Clays we want to champion those who are willing to step up into positions of servanthood. This course takes a year to complete and is open to those who are affiliated to Clays Community Church.

If we are to see God's Kingdom grow then we will need leaders, and leaders are called to break new ground.​
