The Believers 5 A Day
Every Church needs a vision. In fact, the Bible says: Without a vision the people perish. That is because vision gives us hope and purpose for our lives. Without vision we are prone to just go wandering throughout life with little or no point to it.
Evidence shows there are significant health benefits to getting at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every day. Out of the 5 reasons for eating your five a day, Number 4 on the NHS website states: Fruit and vegetables contribute to a healthy, balanced diet.
At Clays we believe in the spiritual 5 a day:

ENGAGE - WITH GOD DAILY
EXPLORE - CHURCH FREQUENTLY
EXPERIENCE - THE HOLY SPIRIT CONTINUALLY
EQUIP - FOR SERVICE INTENTIONALLY
EXPRESS - YOUR GIFT LIBERALLY
Each of these will enable the Christian to have a balanced spiritual life and therefore enable you to grow, which is why we make them a key focus in the life of our Church.
At Clays we are committed to growth – It’s in our DNA. We will do our very best to give you that opportunity to grow but as they say, “You can lead a horse to water…” Therefore, we ask you to do your part. At Clays you will be presented with encouragement, challenges and ministry opportunities that will hone your spiritual life and walk with God.
The only thing left to do is be intentional about change.
Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.
But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what
is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God
has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
